sole - If I built my own home from the ground up... there would skylights, terrariums, round rooms, and secret passageways. Wouldn't that be living?
I used to watch old reruns of The Addams' Family just to see the crazy layout of the house! I loved it. One of my favorite parts of The Lord of the Rings movies, was seeing the hobbit houses. Have a great weekend.

Sole... ... this is apparently a famous door from Leopold Bloom in Ulysses - James Joyce. It was saved from demolition, housed in a bar for several years, then returned to a museum for display. Think of all the doors in novels! So many doors to chose from and walk through everyday. Ah - how sweet is life when moments are filled with choice. Lucky and blessed indeed.
I did doggy-doors for the weekend's post and thought of you and our door exchange. I hope you and the family are well and that life is going smoothly for you. Much love sent along the miles.
